Objectives: Bring together women-professionals working in the energy sector for a mutual beneficial cooperation to increase the percentage of women employed in the sector and to reduce a gender gap in energy sector in Ukraine.
Activities: - Raising awareness of the different stakeholders for equal opportunities for women and men in profession.
- Improvement of the quality of life for employees, especially through a paradigm change in the work environment.
- Increase the percentage of employed women in all companies.
- Revealing the challenges for women in the society in the industry.
- Sharing experience.
- Determination of the positive influence of gender diversification.
