Description: Mee Panyar is a Myanmar-based organisation working on workforce development for decentralised renewable energy. We research workforce dynamics and design programmes that build the workforce a just energy transition requires, combining grassroots field experience with systems-level thinking. Our work spans solar training, employer engagement, TVET partnerships, and community energy.
