Abstract:
This report documents the proceedings and outcomes of the 15 July 2026 stakeholder dialogue on wastewater treatment and reuse in Lebanon, section by section as it unfolded on the agenda. It is drawn from the event's session transcripts and summaries and from the technical presentation delivered on the day. Statements are attributed to speakers where they could be identified; figures are reported as stated in the room and should be treated as session values, not verified data — the most material discrepancies are listed in Section 6.
The source transcripts are raw Arabic auto-transcriptions, so some names and numbers were garbled and have been reconstructed conservatively.
